About the role
The Cancer Centre at Aga Khan University Hospital is seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front‑office activities, support client interactions and coordinate sample handling for the NGS Unit.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, clinicians and other stakeholders.
- Receive, log and route samples according to established procedures, flagging any discrepancies.
- Coordinate appointments, manage telephone calls, emails and other correspondence.
- Maintain accurate administrative and sample‑related records, including filing, scanning and data entry.
- Support meetings, workshops and training sessions, and ensure reception supplies are stocked.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Health Records, Health Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of reception or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience maintaining registers, logs or electronic records.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic data‑entry system competence.
