Recruiter - Medical and Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for both clinical and non‑clinical positions within the healthcare sector. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, salary ranges, and timelines.
• Source candidates through professional networks, referrals, databases, social platforms, events, and education partners.
• Screen applications, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate technical and behavioral assessments.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timeline updates and constructive feedback.
• Coordinate interview panels, reference checks, background verifications, and offer discussions.
• Prepare and issue offer letters in line with company policy and local legislation.
• Record recruitment data accurately, protect personal information, and uphold equal‑opportunity principles.
• Track metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, and cost of hire to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 24 months) in recruitment, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and local compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
