Regional Talent Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and driven talent professional to support recruitment, project staffing, talent operations, and performance management across Africa. This role offers the chance to work with people, data and processes in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment within a dynamic, fast‑growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviews, candidate engagement and hiring coordination.
• Assist with project staffing, resource allocation and talent reporting across the region.
• Coordinate performance review processes and maintain accurate talent data and HR records.
• Contribute to talent initiatives, process improvements and workforce planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, international recruitment, HR, talent operations or staffing.
• Experience in consulting, professional services or a fast‑paced project environment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (beneficial).
