Recruitment Specialist I (Nightshift)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist I to join Teleperformance’s talent acquisition team in Mombasa on a night‑shift schedule. You will play a key role in attracting, screening and placing candidates for entry‑level to leadership positions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans at the organisational level.
• Design and manage cost‑effective sourcing channels for multiple locations.
• Maintain ethical, compliant sourcing practices and ensure timely delivery.
• Record‑keep all applications, interview stages, assessments and system integrations.
• Promote Teleperformance Kenya’s employer brand through online and offline initiatives.
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, referral schemes and direct sourcing activities.
• Handle negotiations, pre‑offers, offers, onboarding and hand‑over to training teams.
• Recruit for entry‑level, mid‑level and leadership roles within approved budgets.
• Support job advertising, posting and pre‑employment testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Member of IHRM with a professional HR certification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and various interview techniques.

Required skills

• Familiarity with job posting sites and professional social media platforms.
• Ability to conduct reference checks and administer pre‑employment assessments.
