About the role

Foundation, an AI‑driven visibility marketing agency, is expanding its Reddit marketing capabilities and needs a dedicated Reddit Content Creator. You will craft native, community‑appropriate posts and comments that help our B2B tech and SaaS clients grow pipeline across Reddit.

Key responsibilities

• Write Reddit posts and comments that blend naturally into specific subreddits.
• Participate in ongoing threads, adding value without sounding promotional.
• Study each subreddit’s culture, rules, and sentiment toward client brands.
• Identify conversation patterns and topics that can be supported with existing insights or new content.
• Collaborate with internal editors and content leads to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Occasionally assist with other content formats as needed.

Required profile

• Active Reddit user who reads and respects subreddit guidelines.
• Prefers clear standards, follows editorial guidelines, and meets content calendars.
• Detail‑oriented, notices formatting requirements and tonal shifts between communities.
• Responsive to feedback and able to implement notes precisely.
• Comfortable engaging in B2B or technical conversations when provided context.
