Regional Account Manager - South East

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth across the South East of England for Tunstall. This remote position focuses on expanding our market share within the Health Housing and Social Care sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Convert leads into prospects by understanding their service delivery models.
• Educate prospects on integrated health and care solutions.
• Employ both transactional and consultative sales approaches to win new business.
• Target adjacent market sectors to broaden the regional customer base.
• Negotiate contracts with new and existing customers to close sales and increase revenue.
• Lead regional territory reviews and support operational reviews with customers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas across multiple revenue streams.
• Experience in a target‑driven sales environment with strong relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at various organisational levels.
• Solid business management and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with relevant sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office software packages.
