Regional Domain Manager - Driver Operations

About the role

Bolt is building a global mobility platform and is looking for a Regional Domain Manager – Driver Operations to lead driver‑operations programmes across multiple markets. The role is execution‑focused, responsible for rolling out central initiatives such as driver acquisition, engagement, loyalty, quality and community. You will translate global strategy into regional plans, own KPI performance and act as the bridge between local teams and central functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of global driver‑ops initiatives, adapting them to regional priorities and market plans.
• Own regional domain KPIs and OKRs (acquisition, retention, onboarding speed, engagement quality) and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Lead regional business reviews, prepare executive commentary and surface operational blockers for rapid resolution.
• Resolve prioritisation and resource conflicts with General Managers and central teams, ensuring alignment with high‑ROI opportunities.
• Enforce adoption of central tools, dashboards and playbooks to guarantee consistency across markets.
• Upskill local driver‑ops teams through training, templates and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management or category ownership with regional or multi‑country scope.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑country initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing budgets and ROI trade‑offs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including senior‑leadership engagement.
• High ownership, ability to bring structure to ambiguous contexts and drive results.
