Regional Manager – Auckland Region

About the role

Lovisa is a fast‑paced fashion jewellery retailer with over 1,000 stores worldwide. As a Regional Manager you will lead from the front, building empowered, high‑performing teams and creating a culture that brings energy to every store in the Auckland region. You will drive commercial success while delivering memorable, on‑brand customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Be present in stores, energise teams and set performance and customer experience standards.
• Oversee 6‑9 stores, ensuring consistency, growth and operational excellence across the region.
• Manage labour spend through strategic rostering, budgeting and productivity optimisation.
• Develop confident, results‑driven teams focused on delivering standout customer experiences.
• Promote loss‑prevention habits to protect stock and improve shrinkage awareness.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for fashion retail and on‑trend jewellery.
• Strong people‑coaching ability and focus on customer experience.
• Commercial acumen to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Confidence leading in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to balance people, performance and operations.
• Experience managing multiple sites or flagship stores is a plus.
