Regional Manager - Netherlands

About the role

KellyDeli is looking for a Regional Manager to act as the bridge between its back‑office, franchise partners and retail points of sale across the Netherlands. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence and building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee sales and profitability targets for each point of sale in the region.
• Coach franchise partners on cost‑efficient operations and best‑practice retail processes.
• Implement company policies, quality standards, marketing initiatives and regulatory procedures.
• Communicate objectives and plans clearly between head office and sales outlets.
• Renew contracts with retailers and act as the primary local contact.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as revenue, product mix, waste, COGS, and average transaction value.
• Conduct regular field visits, tastings and sales training to boost customer interaction.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with franchise and retail partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of time) across the region.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on quality, hygiene and compliance.
