Regional Technical Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Technical Sales Lead to drive business growth for our precast concrete solutions across the Westlands region. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to identify opportunities, support clients, and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell precast concrete products and solutions to contractors, developers, consultants, architects, engineers, and government agencies.
• Conduct site visits, assess projects, and interpret construction drawings.
• Provide basic technical support and recommend appropriate precast solutions for client projects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product recommendations to clients.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow up leads, and achieve regional sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, construction materials, or precast concrete products.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, reinforced concrete and precast systems, BOQs, and building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid Kenyan driving licence is an advantage.
