About the role

The Maua Methodist Hospital is seeking a Registered Clinical Officer to join its multidisciplinary team in Westlands. This full‑time position involves delivering high‑quality clinical care, particularly in maternity and maternal‑child health (MCH) services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients across various departments.
• Deliver maternity and MCH services, ensuring safe delivery and post‑natal care.
• Manage patient caseloads, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and infection‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
• Registered with the Clinical Officers’ Council and hold a valid practicing license.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines.
• Strong ethical standards, honesty, and integrity.
• Committed Christian with evidence of maturity in faith.
