Relationship Executive

About the role

The Relationship Executive will drive client acquisition, manage key account portfolios and cross‑sell financial products for Old Mutual in Nairobi. The role focuses on delivering superior customer experience to intermediaries and clients while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end proactive management of intermediaries and customer relationships for assigned portfolio of schemes.
• Track and report on delivery of the OM Customer Service Charter to meet NPS and NES targets.
• Contribute to profitable growth through retention of existing business and achieving annual targets.
• Provide market intelligence on renewal/tender business and ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage costs, support excess, undertakings and premium collection, and adhere to processes and controls.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in the insurance industry, preferably in client servicing.
• Experience handling SME/Corporate clients or portfolios.
• University graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Professional insurance qualifications (CII/COP) are an advantage.
