Remote Java Developer – Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. This remote position involves designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance Java applications that support critical business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications following best‑practice coding and testing standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code while meeting project deadlines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Java development experience.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
