Remote Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for a high‑volume e‑commerce platform. The contractor will coordinate procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure timely order fulfillment across multiple warehouses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies that optimise procurement, production and distribution.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply‑risk.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across several warehouse locations to avoid stockouts and excess holding costs.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline shipping, customs clearance and last‑mile delivery.
• Analyse supply‑chain data, identify inefficiencies and recommend cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply‑chain operations in e‑commerce or retail environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with logistics, freight forwarding and customs compliance.
