About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll operations for an international organization. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a global team while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute end‑to‑end payroll processing for US employees.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports using advanced Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Accounting departments.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.

Required profile

  • 3–4 years of hands‑on payroll experience.
  • Ability to independently manage the full payroll cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of US payroll taxes and compliance.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.

Required skills

  • Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
