About the role
SOCRadar is seeking a Renewals Specialist for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region who is fluent in Arabic and English. In this role you will manage existing accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through cross‑selling and upselling of our cybersecurity solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with MEA clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Assess customer satisfaction via calls, surveys and meetings, addressing concerns promptly.
- Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, preparing tailored proposals.
- Monitor account performance and usage data to spot trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed account reports for management and collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams.
- Participate in product training to stay current on industry trends and new features.
- Support regional growth strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at existing customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in renewals or sales within the MEA region.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through cross‑selling and upselling.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
