Replenishment Driver

About the role

The Replenishment Driver is responsible for safely transporting gas cylinders and related materials between the company's filling premises and various distribution centres across Kenya. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, HSE policies, and Kenyan traffic regulations while ensuring timely deliveries and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver filled gas cylinders to designated container locations and collect empty cylinders according to SOPs.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all accessories (first‑aid kit, fire extinguisher, tool kit) are present.
• Maintain valid statutory licences (EPRA, NTSA), insurance, inspection, branding, and inter‑county permits before each trip.
• Drive the assigned truck in compliance with the Kenya Traffic Act (Cap 404) and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
• Achieve quick turnaround times at stock locations and record deliveries in the company’s mobile application.
• Collaborate positively with Container Coordinators, loaders/off‑loaders, sales agents, and other colleagues.

Required profile

• Valid Class C driving licence and EPRA licence.
• At least 2 years of driving experience in a corporate environment.
• Certificate of good conduct.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficient use of a smartphone.
• Ability to operate the company’s mobile application for delivery tracking.
