About the role
The Reservations Intern will support the reservations operations and manage customer bookings for AirKenya Express. Working on‑site in Nairobi, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in an aviation environment, assisting the reservations team with daily tasks, data entry and customer communication. Key duties include handling booking inquiries, updating flight information, and ensuring accurate reservation records. This entry‑level position offers exposure to airline booking systems and the opportunity to develop professional skills in a fast‑paced travel setting.
Required profile
- University degree obtained within the last four (4) years.
- Degree relevant to the area of internship applied for.
- Additional professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, learning agility and professionalism.
- Demonstrated interest in the aviation industry is an advantage.
