Revenue Assurance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join NTT DATA’s finance team. In this role you will ensure billing accuracy, detect revenue leakage and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Validate billing records against contracts and pricing terms, identify discrepancies and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve them.
• Analyze revenue data using Excel, Power BI and other BI tools to spot trends, anomalies and opportunities for optimisation.
• Conduct regular revenue audits and develop best‑practice documentation for billing and contract management.
• Produce timely revenue assurance reports and dashboards for management and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor contract compliance, collaborating with Legal and Sales to align billing with contractual obligations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and implement controls to mitigate revenue risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in revenue assurance, billing validation or a similar finance role.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or progress toward them are a plus.
• Training or certification in data analytics, Power BI, advanced Excel or SQL is advantageous.
