RGM Manager – EA & GAID (Nairobi Based)

About the role

The RGM Manager will own and continuously refresh pricing, promotion, and mix strategies to drive sustainable value growth for the business in Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing strategy, conduct elasticity analysis, and lead price increase preparation and impact assessment.
• Own end‑to‑end promotion strategy, manage the Promo Management cycle and tool, and analyse promo performance using Nielsen and internal data.
• Lead mix and portfolio optimisation exercises twice a year, define optimal product‑mix scenarios and track financial impact.
• Support business planning, budgeting and forecasting, providing inputs on pricing, promotions and trade investment.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in commercial finance, RGM, trade marketing, pricing or category management, with 3–5 years of hands‑on RGM analytics.
• Proven experience in an FMCG or consumer‑driven environment and strong stakeholder management with sales, marketing and finance.

Required skills

• Experience analysing Nielsen/IRI or equivalent syndicated data.
• Understanding of financial KPIs, P&L and key business drivers.
