Pixel Systems is looking for an RPA Support Specialist to keep automated workflows running smoothly for a regional financial services provider. This fully remote position focuses on monitoring bots, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining documentation for data‑transfer scripts that connect legacy systems with modern applications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor RPA dashboards to ensure bots execute on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve errors when data transfers fail or scripts stop.
• Analyze logs to identify root causes of failures.
• Update process documentation and client instructions after changes or software updates.
• Test new automations in a staging environment before client deployment.
• Report anomalies and collaborate with the development team for fixes.

Required profile

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
