About the role
The SACCO Marketing Officer will drive the promotion of Mopil SACCO’s products and services, recruit new members and generate leads. This role combines field marketing, relationship management and sales reporting to support the cooperative’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Promote Mopil SACCO products and services.
- Recruit new members and generate leads.
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on prospects.
- Identify business opportunities and conduct field marketing activities.
- Achieve sales and membership targets.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports.
Required profile
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience working in a SACCO.
- Experience in sales, member recruitment or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑driven, proactive and self‑motivated.
