About the role
The Sales Agent will promote and sell Platinum Credit Ltd's loan and financial products to individuals and businesses in Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand product benefits and guiding them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through field visits, networking events, and cold outreach.
- Market the company’s financial solutions, tailoring presentations to customer needs.
- Evaluate client requirements, collect necessary documentation, and process loan applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand basic financial products and explain them clearly.
- Willingness to travel within the Westlands area for client visits.
