About the role
Join Ngao Credit Limited as a Sales Agent in Mombasa, helping clients access tailored micro‑finance solutions. You will be the first point of contact, presenting financial products and guiding applicants through the approval process.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and qualify potential clients.
- Explain Ngao Credit’s financial and insurance products clearly.
- Assist clients through application, documentation and approval stages.
- Follow up on leads, maintain accurate interaction records, and achieve sales targets.
- Provide after‑sales support and resolve client queries.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and the capacity to explain them.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Good organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Previous experience in micro‑finance, banking or related financial services is an advantage.
