Sales Agent – Financial Solutions (Commission Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Agents to promote our financial solutions, including logbook loans, asset financing, and insurance premium financing. This full‑time position is based in Embakasi and offers a commission‑driven earnings model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting and selling loan and financing products.
• Generate leads, screen prospects, and onboard new clients seeking financial solutions.
• Assess client risk profiles and assist with required documentation.
• Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets while working independently under pressure.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service and resolve client complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Form Four certificate (KCSE or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Availability for marketing and activation activities.
• Less than one year of relevant experience (junior level).
