Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to drive customer acquisition for internet services in Utawala and surrounding neighborhoods. The role involves proactive field engagement, lead generation, product promotion, and meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers within Utawala and nearby areas.
• Conduct door‑to‑door and other field sales activities to generate leads.
• Explain internet packages, pricing, promotions, and service benefits to prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into new customers and follow up on enquiries.
• Maintain positive relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and target‑driven.
• Ability to conduct field and door‑to‑door sales activities.
• Familiarity with Utawala and surrounding areas is an advantage.
