Sales Agents – Electric Motorbikes

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Agents to promote and sell electric motorbikes across Migori, Vihiga, Nyamira, Ugunda and the Lower Eastern region of Kenya. You will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting customer relationships and meeting sales targets while representing our brand in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through direct outreach, online platforms and networking events.
• Conduct product demonstrations and attend trade shows to showcase electric motorbikes.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
• Gather market feedback and relay product improvement ideas to the team.
• Deliver post‑sales support, handle enquiries and follow up with customers after purchase.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (mid‑level).
• Proven ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
