Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to drive customer acquisition and strengthen relationships for our leather craft products. You will work closely with the management team to deliver sales targets while enhancing our brand presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across retail, corporate, institutional and wholesale markets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and sales pitches.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and customer inquiries promptly.
• Manage and expand the company’s social media presence through content creation and engagement.
• Create marketing assets such as photos, videos, product showcases, testimonials and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions and networking events.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update business development activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities.
• Organised with strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.
• Basic graphic design and content creation.
• Photography and videography, including camera operation.
