Sales Associate – Amagoro

About the role

The Sales Associate will be the face of Mamlo Foods at customer touchpoints, driving product awareness and boosting sales across retail outlets, pop‑up stores, farmers’ markets, exhibitions and digital platforms. You will create memorable brand experiences while gathering market insights to refine products and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Directly sell Mamlo Foods products and promote the brand at various physical and digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, community groups and women’s networks.
• Merchandise products, manage stock‑taking and ensure point‑of‑sale displays are attractive.
• Collect feedback and market data to support product and marketing improvements.
• Travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends for events and markets.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, promotions or customer‑facing roles, preferably in food, FMCG or social‑enterprise sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and storytelling abilities.
• Passion for social impact, women’s empowerment and sustainable agriculture.
• High integrity, accountability and a positive work ethic.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM processes.
