Sales Associate – Audio‑Visual Solutions

About the role

Hubken Consultancy is looking for a self‑driven Sales Associate to promote and sell audio‑visual rental solutions for corporate events, roadshows, product launches and venue bookings. The role is based at Le Mac, Church Road, Westlands, Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, generate leads and develop relationships.
• Prepare and deliver event sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Sell a portfolio that includes branding, marketing promotion, corporate events, live events, roadshows, product launches and equipment hire.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Leverage personal networks and community groups to create business opportunities.
• Analyse event outcomes, report pipeline status and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience in the audio‑visual or event services industry.
• At least 28 years old with a diploma in sales, marketing or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with familiarity of current event trends.
• Ability to plan, execute projects and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• A monthly retainer of KES 40,000.
