Sales Associate – Client Services (Spanish)

About the role

Savvital is seeking a bilingual Sales Associate to drive outbound B2B appointment setting for an AI‑driven EdTech platform. The role focuses on contacting senior higher‑education leaders in English and Spanish to secure high‑value meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound outreach to university decision‑makers, including Deans, Directors and VPs of Admissions, in both English and Spanish.
• Pitch the platform’s value proposition, qualify prospects and book sales appointments.
• Build and manage a robust B2B pipeline using cold calls, bilingual email campaigns and executive networking.
• Maintain accurate records and sequences in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate on Go‑To‑Market strategy with business reps and the CEO during bi‑weekly meetings.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English and Spanish with executive‑level vocabulary.
• 1‑3+ years of proven B2B sales, business development or outbound appointment‑setting experience, preferably in EdTech.
• Resilient mindset able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong cold‑calling and lead‑generation capabilities.
