Sales Associate – Mombasa

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing fintech that provides Earned Wage Access (EWA) solutions, is looking for energetic Sales Associates to join their Mombasa office. You will be the front‑line representative introducing employers and SACCOs to on‑demand wage‑access services.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple employers and SACCOs each day to present the EWA product suite.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads that match the ideal partner profile.
• Arrange and attend meetings with HR managers, finance leads, CEOs and SACCO officials.
• Deliver compelling pitches that generate interest, engagement and signed partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with SACCO leadership to access member communities.
• Track sales activity, collect feedback and report conversion metrics regularly.

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or lead generation, preferably within fintech, HR tech, financial services or SACCO/co‑operative sectors.
• Comfortable meeting new decision‑makers daily, from HR managers to CFOs and SACCO officials.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong pipeline management and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with Kenya’s SACCO landscape is a strong advantage.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from KES 30,000 to KES 40,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
• Performance‑based commissions.
