About the role

As a Sales Associate – Private Seller you will be the main point of contact for vehicle owners looking to sell their cars. You will guide them through the entire selling journey, ensuring a smooth, transparent and satisfying experience while helping the company maintain a strong vehicle supply.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with private sellers through personalized communication.
• Manage the end‑to‑end seller journey from initial contact to final sale, adhering to company policies.
• Provide guidance on vehicle listing, pricing based on market trends, and platform features.
• Support negotiations and coordinate the closing process to secure successful transactions.
• Resolve seller inquiries, complaints or disputes promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational or technical issues affecting sellers.
• Track and report key performance metrics related to seller activity and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer experience or a similar role.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities, including handling inquiries and complaints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information persuasively.
• Experience in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments; automotive sales experience is a plus.
