About the role
CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates with relevant experience in sales coordination. The role supports the sales team with daily operations such as data entry, order processing, lead management, and scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain sales data, process orders, and track sales activities.
- Manage lead generation, follow‑up, and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate meetings and calendars with internal stakeholders, including IT, customer service, and product teams.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and reports.
- Communicate timely updates to clients and sales team members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as email, phone, and correspondence management.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in sales coordination or presales roles.
- Experience working with Middle‑East and African clients at an executive level.
- Ability to discuss technical and business requirements with clients.
- Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities and capacity to work with multiple stakeholders.
