Sales Development Representative – Admissions

About the role

As an Admissions Associate (SDR) for Crimson Global Academy, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families worldwide. Working remotely, you will qualify inbound leads, schedule consultations, and ensure a smooth journey for each prospective student.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify warm and hot inbound leads within defined response times.
• Maintain accurate lead records and progress stages in Salesforce.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with prospective families.
• Book initial consultations, follow up on attendance, and reschedule as needed.
• Report weekly metrics on calls, bookings, turn‑up rates, and closed sales.
• Share insights with Marketing and Admissions teams to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in education, professional services, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently within a 10 am–8 pm PT schedule.
• Professionalism, time‑management, and a positive, empathetic attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
