Sales Development Representative (Outbound) – MEA

About the role

SOCRadar is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join its Middle East & Africa (MEA) team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, helping to build a robust sales pipeline for the company’s cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in the MEA market through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads to ensure they align with SOCRadar’s target market and value proposition.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and value to prospects, acting as a trusted advisor in early sales stages.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, including C‑level executives, IT managers, and security professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the early sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and support strategic sales campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
• Meet and exceed targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
