Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing sales team. The SDR will be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling high‑quality meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of our services, solutions, and value proposition.
• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Identify and qualify prospects that match the Ideal Customer Profile, gathering key information on company size, decision‑makers, needs, budget and timeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure smooth hand‑offs to Account Executives.
• Consistently meet daily activity targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR/BDR, call‑center sales, appointment setting, cold calling or lead generation.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.io.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a high‑performance environment.
• Must be 21 years or older.
