Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated, resilient, and results‑driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team in Nairobi. The SDR will be the front line of our sales process, initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high‑quality meetings to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM follow‑ups.
• Initiate first contact with potential clients and qualify leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Schedule high‑quality meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
• Document all prospect interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs and contribute to revenue generation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR, call center, appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, outbound sales).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 – 90% spoken and written).
• Must be 21 years or older.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound prospecting.
