Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Nairobi. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for the sales organization. You will work closely with senior sales staff to generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Achieve activity and performance KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and nurture pipelines.
• Provide timely follow‑ups and ensure smooth hand‑off to account executives.
