About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast‑paced team. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Keep accurate CRM records and sales activity documentation.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.
• Handle a high volume of leads, calls, and prospecting activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Experience in a BPO or call‑center sales environment.
• Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling, lead generation, and qualification.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Experience managing high‑volume pipelines, leads, and outreach activities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
