Sales Executive – CFS & Logistics

About the role

Africa Global Logistics is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in Mombasa through its corporate staffing partner. The role covers business development, client management and revenue growth in the CFS, logistics, shipping and cargo-handling market. The deadline to apply is 06/11/2026.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and profile new customers and opportunities, build a customer database and turn prospects into customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and follow up on concerns
• Keep an accurate sales pipeline and record all activities in the approved CRM or sales tracking system
• Meet agreed sales, revenue and volume targets and grow CFS cargo volumes
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments in the Mombasa port and logistics environment
• Prepare sales activity and performance reports and monitor progress against targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in CFS, clearing and forwarding, freight forwarding, shipping or transport
• Proven B2B sales, customer acquisition and account development experience
• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
