Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our showroom team and drive the sale of kitchen appliances. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, helping them find the right solutions while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk‑in customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen appliances and solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
• Provide accurate pricing, specifications, and promotion details.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and convert them into sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in domestic appliances, furniture, sanitary ware, or consumer durables.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a high sales drive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
