About the role

We are a globally recognised manufacturer of industrial batteries seeking an elite, well‑networked B2B Sales Professional for Kenya. You will own the market pipeline for premium industrial energy solutions, introducing certified power systems and cutting‑edge lithium‑ion technology to major corporations and critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Cultivate and close high‑ticket B2B sales leads within established corporate and industrial sectors.
• Strategic Client Management: Navigate complex procurement processes to pitch solutions to telecoms, data centres, utilities and manufacturing firms.
• Deal Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from technical presentation to contract closing and relationship management.
• Brand Advocacy: Position our globally trusted energy product portfolio as the premier solution for Kenya’s power reliability needs.

Required profile

• Proven Track Record: 3‑5+ years of successful B2B corporate sales experience in solar, backup power, telecom infrastructure or electrical engineering in Kenya.
• Established Network: Verifiable history of managing active accounts and navigating decision‑making networks (procurement, CTOs, plant managers).
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to discuss industrial power requirements and energy‑storage configurations (full product training provided).
• Commercial Drive: Self‑motivated closer who thrives in high‑reward frameworks and corporate sales cycles.
