Sales Executive – Pest Management Services

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth for specialised pest management and hygiene services. You will work on the field, building a pipeline of new clients and nurturing existing relationships across Kenya and the Seychelles region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales and proactive field visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Promote and sell pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, bird management, fumigation and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes.
• Perform site visits, assess client needs, prepare quotations and service agreements in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Develop and sustain relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting contract renewals and upselling.
• Coordinate with Operations and Health & Safety teams to ensure sold services are practical, compliant and deliverable.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline updates; provide regular sales reports and market intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage with clients at all organisational levels.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
