Sales Executive – Property Management Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based in Nairobi and will drive the acquisition of new customers for PayServe’s integrated property management and billing platform. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, representing the company at meetings and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads among real estate developers, property owners and managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales CRM and report on pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and gather client feedback.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in proptech, SaaS, fintech or real‑estate services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities in English; Swahili is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Comfort using cloud‑based software platforms.
• Ability to generate and interpret data‑driven sales reports.
