Sales Executive – Real Estate (French Speaking)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Staroot Real Estate by acquiring new clients and managing the full sales lifecycle for property transactions. This full‑time, onsite role requires strong networking, strategic engagement, and a high level of accountability to exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
• Manage and convert all company‑assigned leads into qualified clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Organise and conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight features, value propositions and investment potential.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing structures and flexible payment plans that match their financial capacity.
• Ensure timely execution of sales agreements, collect deposits and mitigate contractual and financial risk.
• Track client payment schedules, flagging and escalating potential defaults to Finance.
• Maintain accurate client records, activity logs and progress reports within the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in direct sales or high‑value B2C/B2B environments.
• Fluent French speaking.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills in high‑value real‑estate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with affluent clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management and reporting.
