Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property project sales for our real‑estate portfolio in Nairobi. The role involves prospecting, client engagement, and ensuring seamless transaction processes from offer to payment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities for real‑estate projects.
• Accompany clients on site visits and inspections.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
• Execute the sales strategy and follow up on leads assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of leads, prospects and conversion rates.
• Conduct market intelligence to stay informed on real‑estate trends.
• Generate new leads to expand the customer base.
• Ensure offer letters, sales agreements and deposits are signed and received on time.
• Meet monthly sales targets and monitor client payment schedules.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably marketing holiday homes.
• Minimum age of 28 years.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and meet targets.
• Confident with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
