Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing player in the Kenyan real‑estate market, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads and build strong client relationships. The on‑site role in Westlands involves presenting properties, negotiating deals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and direct outreach.
• Promote and sell the company’s real‑estate properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close property deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit sales reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and property marketing events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing advice on property options, pricing and market trends.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure proper preparation of sales documentation and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of the real‑estate market and sales processes.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
