Sales Executive (Security)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of our security solutions across Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will combine prospecting, client consulting and tender support to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients within targeted segments.
• Use the Salesforce automation platform to manage leads and pipeline.
• Implement the company’s sales strategy and adhere to sales procedures.
• Conduct security surveys, prepare client‑focused proposals in collaboration with Business Development, Operations and Technical managers.
• Coordinate product pricing with Finance and perform credit checks for new clients.
• Ensure all contractual documents are signed before service commencement.
• Support cost‑control measures and follow up on prospects, documenting feedback.
• Provide information to the tender team and attend briefing sessions.
• Participate in marketing activities and present customized security solutions.
• Gather market intelligence, conduct competitor analysis and promote the company’s products and services.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales results in the security industry.
• Preferred professional training in sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of security product portfolio and industry practices.
• Good computer literacy and telephone etiquette.
