Sales Executive – Solar & Energy Solutions

About the role

LY Power Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the growth of its solar and EV‑charging solutions across residential, commercial and industrial markets in Kenya. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and delivering tailored renewable‑energy proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell solar energy systems and related EV‑charging infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, site visits and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback to support business‑development strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
